Five week course: This series of classes will enable participants to practice and refine their understanding and use of Tai Chi. It will give the opportunity for deeper understanding of the principles involved in using Tai Chi as a personal Health Art, and will begin to show a clearer connection between their Tai Chi practice and their ability to feel a greater control of stress-related problems in their place of work. The five week course will cover Tai Chi Kaimen exercises (Chinese Yoga) and training in the Tai Chi Form (extended series of Tai Chi moves). Together this will develop efficient breathing patterns, flexibility, mental focus and many other principles of Tai Chi.
