Half day workshops :
Choose between one of the following options:

Tai Chi to Energise
This workshop will focus on breathing and movements using Tai Chi principles of softness and control. By the end of the session, participants will have learnt a series of Tai Chi moves that will help energise the body and tone the muscles.

These exercises are suitable for practising at home or in the workplace. Particular emphasis will be put on good posture. The Energising workshop is suitable for everyone but is a little more physically demanding than the Relaxation workshop.

Tai Chi to Relax
The Relaxation workshop will again teach breathing techniques alongside some of the softer, more centering exercises of Tai Chi, including seated activities. Participants will have learnt some easily-remembered exercises to calm and focus the mind. The session will end with a short guided meditation.
